HR Specialist – Advanced Technical Positions (Tel Aviv, Israel)

BYO Inc. is on a mission to democratize intelligence through AI, and we’re looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Tel Aviv! If you have at least 6 years of experience in recruiting advanced technical positions, both in Israel and the U.S., and are passionate about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process for advanced technical roles at BYO Inc. in both Israel and the U.S., including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across different departments to understand specific technical requirements and team needs.
• Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates for technical roles.
• Oversee candidate communication and ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in creating and refining recruitment strategies and best practices for hiring advanced technical positions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, especially in AI and tech fields, to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting for advanced technical roles in Israel and the U.S.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices in Israel and the U.S.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience working with recruitment tools, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred:

• Experience in tech or AI industries is a plus.
