Business Analyst

Leading enterprise retailers and brands use Bringg to grow their delivery capacity, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences. Every year, we process over 200 million orders through our smart, automated omnichannel platform experience.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our BI team. In this role, you’ll drive decision-making processes by collaborating with teams across the company, leveraging data, creating monitoring tools, and translating actionable insights into strategies. We seek a team player with excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to turn data into stories that influence business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Insights: Convert complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations using data storytelling, visualization, and impactful presentations
• Lead Key Analyses: Drive in-depth analyses on critical KPIs like conversion, churn, customer value, and business performance
• Reports and Dashboards:: Build tracking tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance business visibility and identify growth opportunities
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to track initiatives and drive business improvements
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Present key insights to senior leadership to drive company-wide strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in BI tools (Looker - advantage, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dynamic models)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience turning complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• Strong understanding of business analysis and data infrastructure
• Curious, with a strategic mindset and a passion for deriving insights from data
• Experience managing multiple projects in a results-driven environment
• Business-level fluency in both English and Hebrew
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field
