Human Resources Business Partner

A global company with an HQ in Israel is looking for an HRBP.

In this role you will:

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a smooth employee experience globally
• Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and CHRO on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development of the relevant units
• Oversee performance review cycles, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with local and global HR teams to drive cross-company initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.
• Support internal mobility, promotions, and workforce planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Manage the HRBP budget to optimize resource allocation and support strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR business partnering
• Experience working in a global organization (matrix structure preferred, but not required) with the ability to collaborate across different regions and cultures.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices including performance management, employee relations and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams
• Ability to travel as required to support business needs
