HiBob is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that prioritizes providing the best customer experience. We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Engineer to join our team and help us solve complex customer challenges, investigate technical issues, and support our continuous improvement efforts.

What you should have:

• 5 years of C&B experience or similar experience – knowledge in sales compensation - advantage

• Global and public company experience is required

• Proven experience working with compensation surveys

• Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs

• Excellent analytical skills

• Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent English & Hebrew

What will you do ..

As the C&B Analyst at Hibob, you will drive projects and provide analysis to attract and retain

the best talent in the industry around the world and growing. You'll handle the development,

implementation, communication, and administration of innovative compensation programs including job architecture, short and long term incentives, reward and recognition programs,

benchmarking and survey analysis, emerging trends, new technologies and compensation training and more.
