Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a talented Help Desk Technician with to join our large office in Central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for technical issues, responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with setting up and configuring desktop computers, laptops and peripheral devices
• Manage and support Active Directory, including user account creation, password reset and permissions management
• Provide support for operating systems, including Linux
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and perform routine administrative tasks
• Document and track technical issues, resolutions and support tickets
• Offer in-person support and training for staff as needed

Requirements:

-2 years of experience in a Help Desk role (military experience is relevant)

-Experience working with Active Directory

-Experience as a military network administrator- an advantage

-Proficiency in desktop and laptop installation and maintenance

-Proficiency in working with Linux - an advantage
