We’re seeking a CTO Co-Founder to drive the development of the tech infrastructure that will support our mission to make legal services more accessible, affordable, and efficient.

Our platform bridges the gap for millions of individuals seeking legal services. By leveraging AI, we simplify case intake and assessment, creating lawyer-ready case files, reducing client acquisition costs, and ensuring access to justice for all. With the launch of our virtual law firm, we aim to directly manage cases, while building the systems that enable seamless collaboration between clients and lawyers.

As the CTO Co-Founder, you’ll lead our technical efforts while collaborating with the founding team to bring this ambitious vision to life.

• AI Development: Build and optimize machine learning and NLP models tailored for legal case build and assessment.
• Infrastructure Design: Develop secure, scalable platforms for web and mobile to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a small tech team as we grow, focusing on high performance and innovation.
• Compliance: Ensure all tech solutions adhere to legal and ethical standards for data security and client privacy.
• Hands-On Contribution: Balance strategic leadership with active involvement in coding and technical implementation.

• Core Skills: Expertise in AI (machine learning, NLP), full-stack web development, and scalable systems.
• Leadership: Experience leading tech teams in startups or other fast-paced environments.
• Strategic Alignment: Ability to align technology with business and market goals.
• Added Value: A background in legal tech or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Bonus Points: Service in a combat unit demonstrates resilience, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure.

• Equity-Based Role: Significant equity allocation as a Co-Founder.
• No Cash Compensation Initially: This is an equity-only position until funding is secured.
• Part-Time Flexibility: The role can initially be part-time with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
