What You Will Do:

• Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) to support demand generation and customer engagement campaigns.
• Build, execute, and monitor automated workflows, including email campaigns, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align automation strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve KPIs like open rates, CTR, and lead conversion.
• Maintain and enhance the integrity of our marketing database, including segmentation and data hygiene.
• Implement A/B testing to refine campaign effectiveness and optimize user journeys.
• Support website and landing page development efforts by integrating automation tools and tracking mechanisms.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in a B2B or cybersecurity environment.
• Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficiency in building and executing email campaigns and workflows.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Basic HTML and CSS skills for email and landing page customization – an advantage.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in email marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
