What You'll Do:

• Work closely with healthcare clients to understand their patient support needs.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud, Engagement Cloud, WhatsApp integration, and flows/processes.
• Provide training and support to ensure effective CRM use.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Salesforce with other healthcare platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of Salesforce implementation experience, specifically in Service Cloud, Engagement Cloud, WhatsApp integration, and flow Builder.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization for healthcare solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
