IT System Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated IT System Administrator to join our team at an international manufacturing plant in Karmiel. This role includes full responsibility for managing the company's server infrastructure, user accounts, and communication systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and end-user services across hardware, software, networking, telephony, operating systems, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructures, multi-server environments, and enterprise applications.
• Manage and maintain the server infrastructure, user accounts, and communication systems.

Requirements:

• Graduated MCSE / MCITP / MCSA / CCNA.
• Experience in server environments (Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019).
• Experience in virtualized environments (VMware).
• Experience in Office and Microsoft +365.
• Experience in Azure systems.
• Experience in managing Firewall systems (Fortinet - advantage).
• Experience in VLAN switch management.
• Experience in antivirus systems including centralized management (ESET - advantage).
• Familiarity with monitoring and control systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems - advantage.
• Familiarity with MSSQL – advantage.
• Fast learner, dedicated, independent, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• The role requires working with subsidiaries worldwide and may require off-hours work when necessary.
