Junior ServiceNow Implementer

We seek our next ServiceNow Implementer for The Future Of Work Digital Workplace at Deloitte.

We combine methodology and technology in a dynamic environment in global and challenging projects.

We are looking for a passionate consultant who seeks to understand tech-related services and operations and make a true impact on our customers by guiding them on best practices.

What you will do:

• Accompaniment and partnership in technological projects based on a broad ServiceNow system from the characterization phase.
• Characterization of customer needs and construction of technological solutions (development or system configuration settings) based on the ServiceNow system.
• Accompanying the process of implementing the system installation and adjusting the required modules.
• Providing service and technical support to managers and employees in the organization on the information system.
• Support for local and global projects, while working in a close interface with internal and external organizational interfaces.

You skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Certification in Computer Science/Information Systems/Industrial Engineering and Management
• High level of English- both verbal and written
• Analytical thinking and the ability to learn independently
• High interpersonal communication and work capabilities with many interfaces in the organization
