QA Engineer

OneStep is seeking a seasoned QA Engineer who cares deeply about the excellence of the product, and has a strong background in manual testing. You will be part of a small QA team in a dynamic environment, and help ensuring our high-quality releases. As part of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in the development lifecycle, ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual QA testing for both web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and reliable functionality.
• Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Driving quality that aligns with our vision and outcomes.
• Work with a complex and evolving system, quickly adapting to changes in requirements, functionality, and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify, track, and resolve issues.
  
  

• 1+ year of manual QA experience; experience in healthcare is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to test both web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect management.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
