We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Recruiter to join our remote-first professional services team of 50+ members. You will play a vital role in identifying and hiring top talent, contributing to growing our team, and keeping it our best asset.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing

• Identify and attract candidates using LinkedIn, talent platforms, and referrals.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Candidate Engagement

• Conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.

• Guide candidates through a positive recruitment experience.

Process Improvement

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process efficiently and professionally.

• Leverage recruitment tools and data to optimize strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Interest in technology recruitment; prior experience is a plus, but not required.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools or a willingness to learn.
