About the job

PractiTest is looking for a talented and enthusiastic senior level full-stack developer to join our amazing team! As a senior member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to further deepen your developing skills and help take our product to the next level.

Responsibilities

● Serve as a senior member of a high-performing engineering team, contributing to the creation and operation of end-to-end products and features from design to production.

● Mentor and guide junior members of the team.

● Help to develop a healthy, collaborative engineering culture that aligns with company values. Play an active role in shaping the future of the engineering group alongside fellow engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a large-scale production environment involving diverse services, databases, and components.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, and/or full-stack.
• Proficiency in React (with TypeScript or ClojureScript).
• Backend development experience (preferably in Ruby on Rails)
• Deep understanding of microservices and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar.
• Strong skills in architecture and software design.
• Hands-on mentality

Advantage

• Experience with Clojure / Clojurescript
• Experience with Ruby.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), and Docker.
• Knowledge and experience with machine learning methods.
