 What You’ll Do:

As part of our events team, you’ll welcome Fluenters (language learners) from around the globe and ensure they have an exciting and meaningful experience at our Language Exchange Events.

Your role will include:

 Coordinating event logistics, event set-up and supporting production.

 Facilitating engaging conversations and coaching participants in their language process.

 Public speaking and communicating about event with Fluenters.

 Collaborating with a team of 4-5 teammates to bring each event to life.

 What we're looking for:

 Fluency in English and Hebrew (additional languages are a bonus!)

 Great interpersonal and communication skills

 Experience in event coordination or production (preferred but not required)

 Confidence speaking in public and leading groups

 Organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility.

 Creativity, ambition, and out-of-the-box thinking.

A genuine passion for languages, cultures, and bringing people together.

 Practical Details:

 When? Saturday evenings, twice a month

 Where? Abraham Hostel, Tel Aviv (Levontin St. 21)

 Times? Shifts: 4–6 hours (6:45 PM – 11:00 PM)

Commitment: Minimum of 1 year
