Surense Technologies is an Insuretech-enabler company, located in Modiin, that has developed and is already selling its proprietary leading CRM platforn for insurance brokers, designed to enhance their productivity.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at Surense. The Customer Success Specialist will be providing personalized assistance and training to our users, addressing their specific needs, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field

* Previous experience in customer success or a related field

* Experience in the insurance industry - huge plus
