Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at Surense. The Customer Success Specialist will be providing personalized assistance and training to our users, addressing their specific needs, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
* Previous experience in customer success or a related field
* Experience in the insurance industry - huge plus
