Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities, from content creation to digital strategy implementation. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and experienced in managing diverse marketing projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Taliaz’s goals.
• Create high-quality content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.

Social Media Management

• Manage Taliaz’s social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and monitor posts to increase engagement and reach.

Provider Coordination

• Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., video producers, PR agencies).
• Supervise the creation of videos and other multimedia content.

Website Management

• Oversee website updates and improvements to ensure user-friendly functionality.
• Create and maintain website content to align with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
• Website creation is a plus

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Measure and report on the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
• Provide regular updates on marketing activities and key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and website management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with video production processes is a plus.

Work Environment

• Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
• Part-Time (50%): Approx. 20 hours per week.
