Software Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Software R&D Team Leader to guide our Engineering team to success! This role involves day-to-day leadership, collaboration with Product Management, project planning, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the Engineering team.

- Collaborate on strategic direction and project roadmaps.

- Manage project planning, tracking, and resource allocation.

- Address risks and resolve issues to maintain project flow.

Essential Requirements:

- 5+ years in engineering, with a focus on Agile environments.

- Experience in SaaS products and team management.

- Strong understanding of C# development.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
