Customer Care Manager

Responsibilities:

Professional management of the customer service team, including employee feedback and training

Leading workflow processes and embedding customer service standards within the team

Developing and documenting structured work procedures to improve service and enhance efficiency

Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members

Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role within customer service, including team feedback and guidance

Experience in fintech, particularly in money transfers, is a significant advantage

Full proficiency in English (writing and speaking)

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing work procedures

Ability to lead and guide a team towards excellent service and high professional standards

Experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and training

A strong advantage for candidates with experience in managing customer service within global systems
