About the Position

Our social media channels play a key role in shaping our public presence. We focus on delivering engaging and inspiring content, meaningful interactions, and continuous growth across these platforms.

As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, and engaging with our community. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align our social media efforts with larger business goals and stay ahead of trends in the fast-paced social media landscape.

We’re looking for a creative, passionate individual with a strong drive for content creation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative and brings fresh ideas to the table. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and can manage multiple projects at once. You’re proactive, adaptable, and excited about shaping social media strategies in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc.).
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, including posting and monitoring engagement.
• Foster community growth by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and initiating conversations.
• Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, social media trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to support campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor brand mentions and manage the company’s online reputation by handling customer inquiries or issues professionally.
• Work with influencers, brand advocates, and other external partners to extend our reach.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and industry best practices.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for content creation
• Knowledge in video editing - a plus
• Familiarity and passion for the photography and art industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A self-starting, proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to visual details.
• Proficient in copywriting with a flair for compelling content.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
