Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

A leading insurance company is seeking a Software Tester with proven experience and a willingness to combine software testing with project management responsibilities. The position involves software testing for digital and CRM systems, as well as leading projects in collaboration with development teams and internal clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct software testing for the company’s digital and CRM systems.
• Identify and document bugs, track their resolution, and provide feedback to development teams.
• Manage projects, working with various teams within the company and leading processes from the specification stage to implementation.
• Continuously improve testing processes and optimize project workflows.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably in insurance companies.
• Proven experience in testing digital and CRM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of general insurance (P&C) – a significant advantage.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with project management processes and advanced work methodologies.
• Leadership skills with the ability to drive and oversee processes, including monitoring timelines and quality assurance.
• Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
