Python Developer & Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Python-based applications for both backend and frontend
• Build and optimize systems for moving and organizing data, including data pipelines processes
• Collaborate closely with data science team members to provide robust technical solutions for research initiatives
• Assist with setting up tools (e.g., Docker) and ensure systems are secure and perform efficiently
• Use advanced SQL to efficiently handle and organize data
• Set up and manage working environments using tools like Docker, Conda, and Git

Essential Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Python development (backend and frontend)

·       Strong expertise in SQL for managing and organizing data

• Hands-on experience with data engineering and data analytics
• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, including:
• Managing Linux and Windows systems
• Using Docker and similar tools for containerization
• Version control with Git and setting up CI/CD pipelines
• Basics of networking, system security, and monitoring tools

·      Experience with GPU architecture and CUDA tools

·      Basic knowledge of building machine learning models

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

·      Familiarity with tools like Conda for managing environments

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in healthcare or biomedical fields
2. Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations in healthcare
3. Familiarity with frameworks and tools for data visualization
