Salesforce Implementer & Administrator

Job Description:

Are you passionate about Salesforce and eager to drive business solutions? We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementer & Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions for sales, service, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze business needs, define user requirements, and write technical specifications.

Salesforce Implementation: Design and implement tailored solutions in Salesforce according to best practices, using Out-of-the-Box features.

Project Management: Lead tasks and projects across business units, ensuring deadlines are met.

System Management & Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance and management of the Salesforce platform, including writing test documents and conducting acceptance testing.

Salesforce Features & Integrations: Utilize Salesforce’s built-in capabilities, handle integrations, and work with API interfaces.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security models, Flows, Dashboards & Reports, and more.

Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis and testing.

Salesforce Admin certification is a must.

Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Experience in project management and process integration is an advantage.
