We are looking for an Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer to join our team in the Missile and Space Systems Division.
What will you do:
- Define electromagnetic requirements and test plans for platforms, systems, and their components according to applicable standards and customer requirements.
- Provide design guidance during development to meet EMC requirements, from the circuit level to the system level.
- Familiarity with applicable military and civilian standards at both the system and component levels.
- Understanding of models for coupling and emission of electromagnetic interference from cables in both frequency and time domains.
- Design protective measures for cables and antennas against conducted interference in the frequency and time domains.
- Perform coexistence calculations for transmission and reception systems.
- Conduct safety calculations.
- Solve EMC issues at the system and component levels by providing engineering support to designers.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required.
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering – an advantage.
- Specialization in analog and digital electronics, or RF and electromagnetic fields – required.
- At least 5 years of experience in EMC/RF – required.
- Experience in electromagnetic simulations – an advantage.
