We’re seeking an Event and Webinar Programs Coordinator in EMEA to deliver various company events, including third-party sponsorships, team partnership events with AWS, executive dinners, customer workshops, customer roundtable events, and more.

📍 Work location - hybrid from Tel Aviv

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the planning and execution of selected in-person in Israel
• Program manager for EMEA Webinars - driving content, co-ordinating speakers, managing marketing plan end-to-end
• Managing registrations to events and communication with teammate attendees
• Supporting with event marketing across our EMEA events portfolio
• Anticipating staffing requirements on-site to secure additional resources in advance
• Provide admin support on budget, branded merchandise and swag, briefing documents, post-event reporting, and ad hoc requests
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all events adhere to brand guidelines and bar-raising customer experiences
• Liaise with Sales teams and office managers to support requests for event materials, travel, and events-related logistics
• Research, source, and negotiate budgets and contracts with international venues, suppliers, and contractors for selected events
• Willingness to travel internationally 10% of your time to supervise on-site events’ activities
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in Business Events Management or marketing program management.
• Working experience in Marketing role(s) in the tech industry
• Experience in running live and on-demand webinars
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working under pressure with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
• Fluent communication skills in English and Hebrew. Additional European languages - advantage
• Openness to work on various platforms and technologies, including webinar platforms
• Knowledge of Google Suite - advantage
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services - advantage
