Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities
• Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's goals
• Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement
• Negotiate and manage contracts with partners to secure favorable terms
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, making recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner capabilities into company offerings
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership initiatives
  
  

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance evaluation and metrics
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and other partnership management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to travel as necessary for partnership meetings and events
  
  

• Competitive base salary: 12,500 - 16,500 NIS
