We are seeking a motivated Documentation Specialist to join our Knowledge and Training team and play a critical role in supporting the Operations department. This position offers the opportunity to create high-quality, accurate technical documentation that empowers market-facing teams to understand, configure, and deploy products. The Documentation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user guides, manuals, process documentation, and other technical materials.

This is a hybrid position in either Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, reporting to the Director of Knowledge and Training.

Responsibilities:

• Produce, organize, and maintain high-quality technical and product support documentation, including how-to guides, troubleshooting materials, and technical playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to update documentation based on product releases.
• Partner with Go-To-Market teams to create and store new process documentation in the knowledge base.
• Analyze content for reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize Knowledge Base usage and other support tools, adjusting based on feedback.
• Manage the Knowledge Council, triaging and delegating the creation of team-specific support materials.
• Review and edit team documentation for consistency and provide training on standards and tools.
• Integrate GPT into knowledge systems, tools, and processes, and oversee GPT-related projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in technical writing or a similar role.
• Language: Native-level English.
• Tools: Proficiency with documentation tools like Zendesk, Confluence, or similar.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Collaboration: Experience working with Product Development teams.
