User Acquisition Director

We are seeking a User Acquisition Director for a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv area, for one of my clients. The User Acquisition Director will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks that involve analytical decision-making, acquisitions, finance, investments, and due diligence to drive user acquisition strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven user acquisition strategies.
• Oversee user acquisition campaigns and ensure financial efficiency.
• Conduct detailed due diligence and analysis to optimize investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams to drive results and enhance user growth.
• Lead and present actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in user acquisition and finance.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns.
• Expertise in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance-based ad tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
