FP&A Analyst / Economist

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On 

• Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives 
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts 
•  Establish complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to support business decisions 
• Prepare financial reports to senior management, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed. 
• Define and develop comprehensive KPIs, metrics, reports, and dashboards, including development, maintenance, and updates of monthly key metrics reports. 
• Assist with the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications 

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis/ as an economist. 
• Bachelor's degree in economics/accounting/business management. 
• The ability to evaluate workload and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.  
• Oral and Written English communication skills. 
• ️Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations 
• Highly organized individual 
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
