Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Lead QA Innovator and Automation Strategist to develop and implement thorough test procedures, scenarios, and automated scripts to ensure quality across web applications, APIs, cloud-run applications, and databases.

As a QA Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing both manual and automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our applications. You will work closely with developers to identify and resolve application issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Test Scripts: Create detailed, effective, and reusable manual and automated test scripts that cover a variety of test scenarios to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Test Execution and Validation: Execute and validate various testing scenarios, including functional, regression, and negative testing, as well as error and bug retests to confirm application stability and reliability.
• Test Process Management: Oversee and coordinate the entire testing process, ensuring that tests are scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Issue Review and Analysis: Analyze test results, document issues, and provide insightful reports that highlight problem areas, helping to prevent recurring issues and improve system reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve faults within applications, ensuring timely fixes and optimizing the quality of each release.

Software ( QA ) Engineer Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a QA manual and automation engineer
• Hands-on experience with automation tools or frameworks like Playwright, Postman...
• Programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Background in testing complex systems, including databases, APIs, and Web application interfaces.
• Proficient with GitHub, Kubernetes environments, cloud storage solutions, and monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Knowledgeable in load and performance testing.
• Exceptional analytical abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
