Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting top-tier tech talent for roles in the defense industry.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in technology recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for the defense sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
