Chief Executive Officer to lead a new Food-tech startup- 3215

We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a new company in the biotechnology field.

Responsibilities:

 Secure funding and ensure company’s financial stability.

 Set the company’s goals and operational plan.

 Develop strategy and business plan vis-à-vis the company’s short and long-term objectives.

 Create and execute the company's business plan.

 Maintain deep knowledge of the market and competition.

 Build a team, lead and motivate.

Requirements:

 Previous roles as CEO or other business position at executive level.

 Minimum 5 years experience in global business development. Preference to the food or pharma industry.

 An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

 Good understanding of technology and innovation processes.

 Experience in funds raising.

 Excellent communicator and presenter; able to articulate the company’s vision;

comfortable with public speaking; Fluent in English.

 MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field – preferred.
