Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive our sales efforts in the dynamic world of startups, mid-size and global enterprises. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS and data solutions, particularly within the US and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle sales processes, from prospecting to closing, targeting startups and enterprise-level organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales within startups, particularly in the SaaS and data solutions fields.
- Demonstrated success in selling to mid-size and enterprise organizations, with a focus on the US and global markets.
- Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the startup ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools to track and manage sales processes effectively.
