Infrastructure cyber security advisor

Job Description

• Responsibility for guiding and managing cybersecurity projects in collaboration with the organization's cybersecurity infrastructure team.
• Providing cybersecurity guidelines to infrastructure bodies, IT systems, and various business units in the organization.
• Supporting technological projects from a cybersecurity and infrastructure perspective throughout all lifecycle stages.
• Defining cybersecurity needs, finding suitable solutions, adapting relevant technologies, and conducting technical evaluations of cybersecurity solutions.
• Writing cybersecurity requirements and aligning them with organizational policies, particularly at the infrastructure level.
• Participating in designing secure architecture in accordance with company policies.
• Supporting security assessments of infrastructure systems.
• Drafting requirements for cybersecurity products and innovative technologies.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with directives for managing cyber risks issued by the insurance supervisor, as well as other cybersecurity regulations and laws.

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity in similar roles.
• Experience in managing and supporting cybersecurity projects with an emphasis on cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience in managing and configuring SIEM systems.
• Experience working with infrastructure/development teams.
• Hands-on experience in managing and operating communication components and cybersecurity infrastructure such as:
• NAC, DLP, SIEM, Firewall, IPS, WAF.

• Experience and familiarity with operating systems in Windows, Linux, and VM environments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Relevant courses and certifications in the field.
• Familiarity with the directive for managing cybersecurity risks issued by the insurance supervisor, as well as security standards and methodologies.
• Experience in financial companies and familiarity with the insurance industry.
