Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new enterprise business opportunities, and delivering sales targets. You will act as a bridge between the company and its enterprise customers, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting organizational goals. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
1.Client Acquisition and Retention:
• Identify and engage prospective clients to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
2.Sales Strategy Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
3.Pipeline Management:
• Manage the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to track progress and report on key metrics.
4.Solution Selling:
• Understand client challenges and position the company’s products or services as effective solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and clients.
5.Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and market insights.
6.Negotiation and Closing:
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Ensure all agreements meet company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full cycle sales experience in SaaS, Cloud/ On-Prem for Enterprise
- Experience in hitting quota of $500,000+, averaging 5+ new potential client meetings a week
- AI industry experience or deep understanding of web accessibility (a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and various stages in the buying process
- Proven negotiations and closing skills
- Startup experience a plus
- Bachelors or Masters
- HubSpot knowledge, and pipeline management
- Experience in closing verticals: healthcare, retail, insurance , finance, software, tech (a plus)
- Verbal and writing communication in Hebrew and English.
Advantage:
- Experience with web developing and testing tools
- other languages a plus
