In this position you will:

• Be an integral part of the company’s management and report to Knapp Israel’s CEO.
• Develop and strengthen KNAPP Israel’s distinctive service brand.
• Responsible for developing, leading, motivating, and managing site managers, resident sites, FSE team, and lead continuous improvement activities across all sites.
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for customer service cost budget - managed residential service contracts, including budgetary control.
• Lead and manage the growth and development of the customer service operation and CS revenue. Proactively seek new business opportunities to grow CS revenues in Knapp Israel.
• Ensure professional cooperation with corporate CS department.
• Work from the company's offices in Caesarea and Knapp Israel’s sites.

Professional Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience managing multi-site teams at a strategic level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong customer service experience and management.
• Experience in negotiating and compiling service contracts.
• Experience in managing large budgets.
• Excellent command of English – spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of local law, standards, and requirements.
• Proactive approach, experience in initiating and leading processes and changes
• Adaptive and capable of working in a dynamic, changing setting.
