Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing email campaigns across various domains, such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance, as well as expertise in HTML, A/B testing, and email personalization. 

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to optimize audience engagement and conversions. 
• Manage and optimize email deliverability across multiple domains, including Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail. 
• Develop and implement dynamic content strategies and personalization techniques to increase engagement. 
• Monitor email deliverability and reputation, ensuring optimal performance. 
• Create and test HTML-based email templates to ensure proper rendering across devices and platforms. 
• Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and designs to improve performance metrics. 
• Analyze campaign performance, deliverability rates, and other key metrics, and generate actionable insights. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in email marketing and managing campaigns. 
• Strong technical skills, including HTML coding for email design and implementation. 
• In-depth knowledge of email deliverability and reputation management strategies. 
• Familiarity with email platforms and tools, as well as domain-specific considerations. 
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization in email campaigns. 
• Solid understanding of email compliance requirements and best practices. 
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
