Job Summary:

A medium-sized manufacturing and project company is looking for a CEO.

The position combines a broad operational aspect in a project and technical environment, alongside the ability to create a vision and strategy for business development and expansion of marketing processes.

1. Proven experience in managing operations/business development/in a project-based manufacturing plant is a must (advantage for experience in low-tech manufacturing companies).

Location: Center District, Israel.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Improving and maximizing production and operation processes in the company:

• Coordination, organization and management of the operation and production of the factory.
• Coordinating the resources required for the company to meet the customer's requirements and the project completion schedule according to their stages.
• Operational planning through the activation of the TPI function and execution of the work plan (project management, planning, production departments, installation, and subcontractors).
• Responsibility for the level of utilization of machines, inventory, outputs, and budget; determining and operating the procurement policy.
• Initiating and improving processes to improve customer satisfaction, quality of work, inventory reduction and budget compliance.

1. Business development and marketing:

• Ability to map markets and enter complementary fields to expand the company's products and customers.
• Building an annual work plan to implement the vision and strategy.
• Initiating marketing processes and cultivating a marketing department to expand processes with the company's customers.

1. Preservation of human capital and its cultivation:

• Proper planning of the human resource and creation of a healthy and nurturing climate.
• Promotion of instruction and training programs.
• Recruitment of personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management/mechanical engineering/economics/other relevant degree.
• Master's degree in business administration - a great advantage
• Proven experience in managing operations/business development/in a project-based manufacturing plant – mandatory
• Experience in low-tech manufacturing companies - big advantage
• Experience in business development - a must
• Broad strategic vision
• Good interpersonal interaction and team development ability
• Ability to manage tasks and people
