Head of Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Define and Drive Technical Vision: Establish and execute a comprehensive engineering strategy that ensures rapid development, scalability, and technical excellence.
• System Development and Optimization: Architect and enhance core systems to enable real-time capabilities, AI-powered customization, and seamless integration with other platforms, ensuring they can handle substantial growth.
• Hands-On Contribution: Engage directly with the code when necessary, troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing performance, and guiding technical implementation.
• Team Building and Leadership: Attract and lead a team of exceptional engineers, fostering an environment of innovation, accountability, and high productivity.

• Deep Technical Proficiency: Expertise in modern frameworks and tools, including React, Node.js, and AWS, with hands-on experience in designing systems for high scalability and performance.
