Senior Sales Manager

A Leading Manufacturing Company Seeks a Dynamic Senior sales manager!

Job Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of the company's sales ecosystem
• Lead and manage sales team to achieve annual work plans and targets
• Manage a team of domain/product managers, technical sales engineers, and inside sales representatives (back office)
• Manage professional relationships with represented companies
• Provide support and guidance in critical sales transactions
• Professional and technical mentoring of sales team members
• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees

Job Requirements:

• Proven management experience of at least 5 years in local market sales management
• Significant and comprehensive experience selling technical products
• Strong marketing and business skills including:
• Market analysis and understanding
• Client management
• Leading sales proposals

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Budget understanding and experience managing large resources and projects
• High-level presentation and communication skills with domestic and international clients
• Experience with CRM and BI systems
• Familiarity with industrial sector
• Excellent English language skills
• Academic degree in Engineering or Management
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and high service orientation
