Technical Support/Operations Specialist

CallBiz, a leading company specializing in managing call centers for various organizations and businesses, is seeking a Technical Support and/or Operations Specialist to provide professional support and maintenance of IT systems and hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees on IT and computer-related systems.
• Assist users with ongoing system usage and maintain personal computing equipment and peripherals.
• Maintain telephony equipment and IT systems.
• Manage computing equipment: acquisition, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, implement preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support (PC technician, IT specialist).
• Experience at a Tier 2 support level.
• Familiarity with central systems (PBX, SIP).
• Strong interest in IT and customer service, with the ability to lead conversations and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience solving hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Office applications.
• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Patience, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the organization.
• Availability for overtime and readiness to provide support outside regular work hours.
