Finance Manager

For A dynamic growing and global fashion company is seeking an experienced Finance manager to lead the company’s financial operations. The role involves full responsibility for financial management, strategic financial planning, budget oversight, and financial process control, working closely with senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic management and planning of the annual budget, including financial analyses to support business decision-making.
• Supervision of bookkeeping and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
• Managing the company’s cash flow, including short- and long-term planning.
• Conducting monthly and quarterly budget reviews and identifying gaps compared to forecasts.
• Streamlining financial processes and leveraging technology to improve performance.
• Supporting senior management in strategic decision-making based on financial data.
• Managing relationships with external entities such as auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Collaborating with procurement, sales, and operations teams to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, or Business Administration – mandatory.
• CPA license – Must.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in retail or fashion companies.
• Proven experience in managing financial teams.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with BI tools.
• Full proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP or Priority) – an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks and effective prioritization of resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team.
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
