Human Resources Business Partner

A leading financial company is seeking an experienced and driven HRBP to take on a key role managing and enhancing the organization's human resources processes. The role includes:

• Managing HR operations and collaborating with a large number of employees and managers.
• Providing professional guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Leading and implementing cross-organizational processes and establishing effective workflows.
• Developing and managing learning programs, employee well-being initiatives, performance evaluations, organizational surveys, and professional forums.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP in large organizations – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws.
• Proven ability to initiate and drive processes independently and proactively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• System-wide perspective with a strong sense of service.
• Patience, empathy, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Position Details:

• Full-time position based in central Israel.
• Hybrid work model – two remote workdays per week.
