Program Manager for U.S.-based Operations

Responsibilities:

• Managing the program at the company level with full accountability for schedule, budget, and quality.
• Overseeing and controlling the work plan and ensuring milestones are met.
• Leading initiation discussions, contract reviews, and design reviews.
• Driving presales processes, including campaigns, tenders, pricing proposals, and more.
• Leading customer relations, product responsibility, and matrix management within the organization.
• Collaborating with various interfaces such as technical project managers, production project managers, marketing, finance, team leaders, and engineering groups.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in program/project management, including operations with U.S.-based activities.
• Experience in developing and equipping projects according to the classic project lifecycle stages (specification, design phases, end of development, and transition to production).
• Significant presales experience, including solution definition, pricing proposal preparation, negotiation, and process execution to contract acquisition – an advantage.
• Experience in integration activities with large clients in Israel and abroad – an advantage.
• Relevant technological background in hardware/optics/mechanics – an advantage.
• Experience managing complex technological projects – an advantage.
• Experience in the defense sector – an advantage.
• Engineering degree in Electro-optics/Electronics/Mechanics/Industrial Engineering.
