We’re seeking a CRM Data Analyst to optimize customer engagement and platform performance. This is a part-time role, requiring 4–8 hours weekly. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing CRM data to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborating with the social media team on platforms like Meta.
• Utilizing tools like Google Analytics to enhance user experience.
• Creating reports and dashboards to track performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Candidates must provide invoices for tax purposes.
• Hourly payment, based on experience and quality of work.
