Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements and company culture.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing our employer brand through effective online presence and participation in industry events.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• +4 years of proven experience in talent sourcing on LinkedIn premium tools.
• Strong understanding of technical recruiting methodologies and best practices.
