Senior UI/UX Designer

FireArc owns, develops, and continually optimizes an intricate system of digital assets, contents, and infrastructures, all contributing to our digital advertising ecosystems.

Our products and digital content range from utility applications, habit-tracking mobile apps, and gaming apps, to native advertising ad tech. All our products and content coordinate together to create unique monetization solutions and advanced revenue streams for digital properties.

We are seeking a creative, results-driven designer with strong UI expertise, a deep understanding of user journeys, and a passion for user acquisition to join our team.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Define the design vision, strategy, and principles to align with the company roadmap.
• Craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for our online assets, landing pages, and products, with a focus on functionality and user acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, end-to-end user experiences.
• Lead design projects from research and ideation to wireframes, visual design, and final delivery, ensuring user-centered designs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Partner closely with product managers, marketing managers, and developers to evolve and improve our UI/UX standards continuously.
• Deliver designs that make a measurable business impact.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a design role with a B2C focus, emphasizing user acquisition and performance-driven design
• Proven track record in interface design for high-volume, multi-platform products
• Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor; skilled in wireframing and prototyping with tools like Figma and Adobe Photoshop
• Demonstrated success in creating design solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction
• A strong, data-driven approach with expertise in user acquisition, creative campaigns, banners, and product design
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate with stakeholders effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe After Effects
• Familiarity with UI/UX design for utility apps
• Experience in designing web extensions
