Role Description

As an IT Manager , you will own the IT solutions and support including laptop troubleshooting and repair, managing networking devices, email solutions, security solutions, Windows and iOS servers along with Azure Cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Maintain and monitor Sharegain's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems. Perform regular updates, patches, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Address hardware and software issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and escalate complex cases as necessary
• Maintain data privacy and protect the company's sensitive information from potential threats
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications used within the organization. Ensure compatibility, functionality, and user-friendliness
• Create and maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Monitor and track IT assets, including hardware and software licenses. Coordinate equipment inventory and manage procurement processes
• Identify areas for IT process improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize workflows and enhance system performance
• Proactively address IT-related challenges and provide technical guidance to support company growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or a related role
• Proficient in operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking fundamentals, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or similar), and IT security protocols
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
