As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cutting-edge technology infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless operations across our network.

Responsibilities:

· Network Administration: Manage and optimize our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

· Cloud Solutions: Deploy and maintain private cloud environments, leveraging industry best practices.

· Server Management: Handle Microsoft server configurations, updates, and security patches.

· Virtualization: Implement and manage virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).

· VoIP Systems: Manage and support VoIP phone systems, troubleshoot call quality issues, and enhance communication channels.

· Help Desk Support: Provide timely technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related queries.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:

· Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, VMware) are a plus.

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and Microsoft products.

· Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security practices, and cloud technologies.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

· Customer-focused mindset and effective communication skills.
