We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our fast-growing marketing team.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to leverage big data and generate actionable insights, optimize business processes, and create predictive models to forecast enrollments. This role is crucial for real-time decision making, ensuring accurate predictions and data-backed recommendations for enhancing student acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Identify bottlenecks in the enrollment pipeline and propose strategies for improvement.
• Develop actionable insights to enhance marketing campaigns, streamline operations, and improve conversion rates.
• Create predictive models to estimate the final number of enrollments, accounting for long conversion lags. Continuously refine models based on new data and performance feedback.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, actionable manner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling and statistical analysis techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders
