Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create cutting-edge measurement strategy and north-star KPIs for marketing, client-facing teams, and products.
• Creating hypotheses, designing and executing A/B tests, and analyzing results to measure the impact of changes on our marketing campaigns and product features.
• Leveraging data to inform key business decisions and create effective processes and tools for data consumption, monitoring, and reporting within the marketing department.
• Communicate business insights to senior management and be a trusted partner to ensure program success and data-driven decisions.
• Applying your expertise in analysis, data visualization, and data mining to tell the story behind the numbers and derive actionable insights for management.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of applying data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc)
• Proficient level of SQL - MUST
• A deep understanding of marketing principles and metrics.
• Expertise in A/B testing: You design experiments with clear goals, analyze results, and use data to understand user behavior.
• Strong understanding of data principles, KPIs, and metrics.
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, reporting structures, and data models to support business objectives and drive decision-making.
